Had a great day today with two mommas and thier baby dolphins
Today and yesterday we had the same two momma dolphins and thier babies swimming in our wake. It was amazing to see these 18 inch dolphins learning to swim and play. Momma would swim upside down directly underneath baby it seems as if she was "coaching" baby to swim and jump. It was truly magical to be with them on what is probably thier first swim behind a boat. We look forward to being a part of thier lives and watching them as they grow into happy and healthy adult dolphins. They will stay with thier mommas for at least 3 years! And they will stay here in Estero bay for life because they generally stay in the same area where they are born.
They are just precious!
